- Needs attention: the queues to look at today, such as workspaces past due with the amount at risk and the first suspension date, complimentary accesses ending, plan migrations that need reconciliation, and open invoices.
- KPIs: normalised MRR and ARR (yearly plans divided by 12, seats counted) in the
reportingCurrency, paying workspaces, trials, and revenue churn. - Paid invoices over the period, and Workspaces by status, with one colour per status across the module.
